With its Institute for Research on SMEs (INRPME), the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (UQTR) is the host institution for Vigie-PME.

In addition to providing valuable resources, the INRPME provides Vigie-PME with privileged access to its collaboration network, composed of hundreds of SME managers. Its expertise is recognized worldwide.
